Financial Model

Turnkey Offshoring's pricing is straightforward and comprehensive—clients pay an all-in, fixed monthly cost per employee. Due to international currency differentials, clients typically acquire highly skilled international employees at substantially lower costs than equivalent talent domestically, often at a fraction (one-third to half) of prevailing US rates. This all-inclusive fee covers salary, benefits, workspace infrastructure, legal compliance, HR, and employee amenities. A discovery and implementation fee is charged upfront, after which all operational costs are consolidated into a clear, predictable monthly amount. Where we make our profit is a small monthly recurring monthly fee that pays for our overhead, labor, and support infrastructure. In addition we make a small monthly per person profit after overhead expenses are covered. Our goal is to keep the payment that is beyond your salary and hard costs enough to cover our expenses as well as generate income enough to cover non-billable costs (unemployment, improvement costs, etc.)

Success Metrics and Reporting

Progress is monitored through frequent check-ins—initially weekly and subsequently monthly—with robust reporting mechanisms provided to clients. This continuous feedback loop ensures ongoing optimization, clear communication, and alignment with evolving client objectives.
